August Spotlight Athlete

CrossFit Sworn is proud to announce Jessica Lee as our August Spotlight Athlete!  Jess has also graciously shared her before and after CrossFit success story.  As a young wife and mother of three, Jess was forced to realize that putting her own physical health and well being as a priority was more than OK-it was a necessity for her life and just what she and her family needed.  She stepped up in a big way and got big results.
